Top + Bottom Classic Eyeliner enhances the lash line on both the upper and lower lids for a brighter, more defined eye look. The upper liner includes a flattering wing to help lift and open the eyes, while the lower liner is kept soft and wearable to avoid a heavy appearance. We customize the thickness, wing length, and lower-lid intensity to suit your style, eye shape, age, and desired result—from very subtle to more defined. Regular price: $500. Grand Opening Special: $450 for a limited time. A $100 deposit is required at booking and is applied toward the total. The remaining $350 is due at your appointment. Touch-up after 6–8 weeks: $150, if needed. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
