Grand Opening Special — $50 OFF
Booking Policy & Terms
Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. We want every visit to be as comfortable, calm, and predictable as possible. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.
Booking, Deposit & Cancellations
A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your procedure and is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. With 48 hours’ notice or more, we’ll be happy to transfer your deposit one time to a new appointment date.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If a late cancellation is due to illness, fever, or another significant health issue, please contact us as soon as possible. In these situations, transferring the deposit may be considered on an individual basis.
Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the artist’s time and the time of other clients.
Late Arrivals
Please do your best to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and there is not enough time remaining to complete the procedure properly without delaying the next client, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We understand that unexpected situations happen. For a first-time late arrival of this kind, the deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment date without being lost. Repeated late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to rebook.
Health & Illness
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, have a fever, cold or flu symptoms, signs of infection, or another significant health issue, please contact us and reschedule your visit.
For a safe procedure and proper healing, it is important that you are feeling well.
Please let us know about any illness as early as possible.
Preparation for Your Procedure
Please arrive with clean skin and without makeup in the treatment area. Foundation, powder, brow products, lipstick, eyeshadow, mascara, and other cosmetics should be removed before your appointment so the artist can accurately assess your natural skin and perform the procedure as precisely as possible. If you are having permanent eyeliner, eyelash extensions must be removed at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives the eyelid area time to settle before the procedure. If you are having a brow procedure and already have previous permanent makeup, please do not tint your brows with dye or henna before your consultation or appointment. We need to see the natural skin and the true amount of remaining permanent pigment.
Previous Permanent Makeup
If you already have permanent makeup in the area you would like treated, please contact us before booking and send a clear, recent photo with no makeup on the face. This allows Anna to accurately assess the condition and amount of remaining pigment, choose the most appropriate technique, plan the procedure, and determine what can realistically be achieved. In some cases, lightening or removal of old pigment may be recommended before a new procedure.
Lip Blush & Cold Sores
If you have ever had cold sores or herpes simplex on or around your lips, a Lip Blush procedure may trigger a recurrence. Please let Anna know in advance and consult your healthcare provider regarding appropriate preventive treatment before your appointment. If you currently have an active cold sore, unhealed lesions, scabbing, or irritation around the lips, the procedure must be postponed until the area has completely healed.
Touch-Ups
Permanent makeup typically heals beautifully and evenly. However, everyone’s skin and healing process are different, so some clients may retain pigment more lightly or less evenly after the initial procedure. In these cases, a touch-up may be recommended to achieve the most balanced and beautiful final result. Touch-ups are not included in the price of the initial procedure unless specifically stated in the service description.
Healing & Aftercare
Proper aftercare is an important part of the healing process and can significantly affect pigment retention and the final result. Please follow all aftercare instructions provided by your artist carefully. Do not rub, scratch, pick, or prematurely remove any flaking skin or scabs from the treated area. Doing so may cause pigment loss, uneven healing, and the need for an additional touch-up.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please inform your permanent makeup artist in advance about any known allergies or sensitivities, especially to cosmetics, pigments, latex, topical anesthetics, or any other substances that may be used during the procedure.
If you have had severe allergic reactions in the past or are unsure whether the procedure is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider before your appointment.
If you experience unusual burning, itching, swelling, or another significant reaction during the procedure, please let your permanent makeup artist know immediately.
Comfort During the Procedure
A topical anesthetic may be used when appropriate to make the procedure more comfortable. Individual sensitivity can vary. If you experience significant discomfort during the procedure, please let permanent makeup artist know.
Payment for Completed Services
Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns about healing or your results after the procedure, please contact Anna. We will review the situation and advise you on the appropriate next steps, including whether a touch-up may be needed.
Guests, Children & Pets
To maintain a calm, safe, and professional treatment environment, only the client receiving the service is permitted in the treatment room during the procedure. Please do not bring children, adult guests, or pets into the treatment room. This allows the artist to remain fully focused on the procedure and helps maintain appropriate hygiene and safety standards. Adult guests are welcome to wait comfortably in the salon lobby near reception. Children may remain in the lobby only when supervised by a responsible adult. Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all salon guests.
